Our hosts were not just do gooders wanting us to have a tripping. They were trying to get us a 10 hectare property. However , we are not sure of the asking price if it was reasonable, nor are we assured of the security. There used to be scare of having NPA control the area. But we saw at least 2 check points and with the increase of investment, many would have jobs, and less opportunity to be fed with just teach ins and idealogy.
The property is along the highway and overlooking with no wasted portion and said to have road going around it. I have to see the map and the TCT (I understand these are CLOAS that have expired) The agents said that the property along the Marcos highway is pricey
This should be a good Feng Shui. The caretaker said the water supply comes from the watershed on top and looks like a good site. We still have to see. and evaluate. But maybe we can form a consortium to invest.
The site is near the property of a General who owns about a 100 hectares. Nearby is a health center which squats on the property of a councilor from Antipolo.
