Christmas Village at Crosswind

I just watched on TV at GMA news the Christmas Village in Tagaytay.  It is a subdivision by Brittany Group in Tagaytay City in one of the highest point and they made a Christmas village out of this with Swiss architecture, with Santa Village and all.  Wow  What a wonderful idea, if I have the money for Little Baguio.   Is this possible?  Say 5 years from now?

Chito my neighbor showed me the resort of certain Martinez.  There are improvements but not much.  We need more investments.

Jariel's peak has been a favorite destination and hang outs of MTBs and MC riders.  Its walls are littered with stickers and tarps of motorcycle clubs.

My neighbor and I went up to Sitio Little Baguio in Llavac Real again last Tuesday to rekindle our passion to buy lots again at said area.  When we went up, in down town Tanay the weather was hot.  It was a little bit hot in Real but comfortable.  But at night they say the weather is cold.   Clouds still cluster behind the hills in the morning.   Nice place.  We should have the idea of Little Baguio being built in this area become a reality.

Lots have been pricey lately. Lots along the highway is now priced at P100.00 per sm.  But maybe we can get some at P70.00 if you are on serious negotiation.  The portion going to Sta Maria could be a little bit lower?
